Your Responsibilities

In the role of HR Partner, you will work broadly with operational HR support and development issues. Your focus is to support the business while contributing to structure and further development.

  • Support managers in operational HR issues such as employee interviews, salary revisions, and personnel matters
  • Work with recruitment together with responsible managers
  • Drive and contribute to the implementation of a new HR system from requirement specification to usage
  • Handle work environment work such as risk assessments and follow-ups
  • Actively work on developing the HR function's processes and working methods
  • Contribute to follow-up, reporting, and simple analysis of HR data

You will work in a dynamic environment where you get to prioritize, take initiative, and drive the work forward.

Worth Knowing

The position is located in Östergötland with the possibility to base yourself in Linköping or Norrköping. A B-class driver's license is required, although business travel occurs to a more limited extent. You will be part of a small team and report to the responsible manager within business development.

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone who likely has around three to five years of experience in broad HR work and who thrives in an operational role close to the business. You are confident in supporting managers with daily HR issues and have experience in recruitment as well as a good understanding of the entire HR process. You have worked with HR systems and are curious about digitalization and how technology can develop working methods. Experience in developing processes or working in a growth environment is an asset. You communicate fluently in Swedish and feel comfortable with English.

As a person, you are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and unpretentious with the ability to create structure in a changing environment. You take initiative, get things done, and enjoy a role where you both work operationally and contribute to development over time.
